Supporting families interested in enrolling in Connections Academy schools via inbound and
outbound calls in a phone queue setting throughout the enrollment process
Acting as a liaison between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues that may impede
enrollment
Remaining up to date with changes in enrollment policies and guidelines and communicate
changes to families while implementing all changes consistently and without violation
Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students efficiently and
empathetically
Own targets and manage a robust sales pipeline; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing
basis to drive positive results
Interview caretakers to ensure that prospective students will succeed while enrolled at
Connections and that their interests / abilities are a match for our program

Key Accomplishments:
I was voted MVP during the month of December 2021 within Region 3’s FEC team
I had the highest conversion rates for successful conversions from stage 1 of the enrollment
process to stage 4 of the enrollment process in the month of December, January and February
within Region 3.
Within 3 months of employment, I have trained new family enrollment counselors and acted as a
Voice Coach for all new Region staff
Community Partnership for Children, Daytona Beach, FL
Dependency Case Manager Supervisor (DCMS), 04/2019-09/2021
Provided oversight to case management to make appropriate decisions as it pertains to budget
while also engaging in strengths-based / trauma-informed approaches with clients
Managed high volumes of cases to ensure all statutory requirements were met on all cases
Interviewed case managers to ensure their skill set matched the company's needs /
requirements
Worked with local providers to ensure success of all clients and case managers

Facilitated trainings to staff needing additional support

Reunification within 12 months, children not seen, medical and dental, supervisor reviews, abuse
while in care, and re-removals while directly maintaining fidelity to the practice model

Lead Dependency Case Manager (DCM), 01/2017-03/2019
Mentored new DCM’s which consisted of correcting Family Functioning Assessments (FFA-O),
building case plans, attending court hearings, completing home studies, addressing barriers that
lead to delayed permanency that may fall outside of FL Statute requirements
Acted as Dependency Case Manager Supervisor by tracking daily data and attending Mediation
and Family Team Meetings when DCMS’ had scheduling conflicts
Completed home visits for all children on my case load, approximately 25, to ensure they were
safe and had all basic needs met in their court ordered and in-home non-judicial placements,
timely, as stated in Florida Statute 39, as well as assisted team members with completing home
visits
Documented in Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) all visitation, parent contacts, phone calls,
concerns, and service provider contacts, timely according to FL Statute and with great detail
Completed legal documents, such as FFA-O’s, Judicial Reviews, Case Plans, Progress Updates,
Status Hearing Documentation, and Termination of Parental Rights packets, timely and with
abundant detail
Uploaded documents in FSFN such as medical records, immunization records, Comprehensive
Behavioral Health Assessments, mental health records, and school records, timely and correctly
Built rapport with clients, service providers and lead agency to attend work collaboratively during
staffings as it pertains to each family specifically
Tracked and monitored parent’s engagement and behavior change in services to evaluate whether
parents meet Conditions for Return or need additional services to meet Conditions for Return
Ensured all safety plans, case plans, and doctor’s appointments, to include medication
management and dental, were up-to-date
